Roanoke, VA/ USA - Last month saw a high-speed debut for CadoMotus PRO+ racing frames. In the indoor Pro-Elite Mens 500m final, with a quality field that included World Champion Joey Mantia, and US World Team members Michael Cheek and Chad Horne, William Bowen was first into turn-1 and was never headed in the 5-lap event. On a glassy floor of fresh plastic, the Pro-Elite Men appeared completely comfortable on 110mm wheels. Discussions last month published on a number of sources featured split opinions of the oversize wheel format for indoor racing, but Bowen - equipped with CadoMotus new PRO+ 13.2 4x110 frames - was out to make his own headlines in Roanoke. At a pace that would make a seasoned front-row tennis spectator get a sore neck, Bowen led the 8-strong final smoothly, as the race that took place behind him featured some amazing passing. Joey Mantia, second into the opening turn, had to contend with a number of smooth passes thrown on him - the most notable being from Chad Horne who went by with just half a lap remaining to take second place. A victory for William Bowen and CadoMotus PRO+ that definitely has everyone talking. Thanks to Linda Wood for the Video: |

Expect to see more victories on PRO+ as the season gets underway in Europe, with German and Netherlands dealers almost sold out of the CadoMotus 4x110.
