We love our sport, and its world it's indeed a small one: our last desire would be to loose our reputation for a few euros!
But as we love also to do things right, here are our Terms and Conditions:

Order Status

Important: We will NOT accept orders for a total amount of less than 75 € (shipping costs excluded).

Has my order shipped?
A confirmation e mail will be sent once your order has shipped. You will be able to track your order through the shipping number we send you. Orders via Fed Ex and UPS are trackable in real time.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
You can send us an e-mail and change/edit or cancel your order before shipping. However once your package has shipped, you will no longer be able to change anything.
How do I track my order?
Depending on your country and the shipping method/company, we can send you a special code to track your package.
My order never arrived. What do I do?
Please contact our customer service either through e mail (24 hrs) or phone (10am - 6pm) only if it has passed the scheduled arrival date (for Fed Ex and UPS). For certain countries, this delay could be up to 2 weeks.
An item is missing from my shipment!
Please contact our customer service within 72 hrs via e mail (24 hrs) or phone (10am - 6pm). Please provide your order number and/or your last name.

Return policy

ONLY DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service within 30 days of delivery at 0034-637406768. Please provide your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail. Provide your e-mail address and phone number and we will make every reasonable effort to replace the item for you. We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. If there is extensive damage to the carton, contact the Postal carrier and our Customer Service immediately at 0034-637406768. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Specialist.
A refund will be issued within 7 business days upon receipt of your return/exchange. Credit cards and bank transfers will be refunded through a company check OR bank transfers.
How do I return my product?
Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.
I received the wrong product!
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless there was a shipping error by us.

International Shipping

Do I have to pay for Taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax) and Duties on top of shipping charge?
YES. The customer is responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries. These taxes are not included in the total invoice from us. We only charge for shipping from Holland to your respective country. Our Company DOES NOT make any money nor reap any benefits from the taxes imposed on the customer by their respective government.
Do you ship to my country?
While you are completing the order we'll ask for your shipping address details, including country. We're currently shipping to all European countries, USA and Latin America. If your country is not in the list of available countries, we may not be able to ship to your country at this time. Please ask beforehand.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
How shipping rates are calculated (Domestic and International):
The total weight of all the products plus the Country Code of the shipping address. That information is bounced off the UPS or FEDEX Shipping server.
Shipping Mistakes:
The customer pays for shipping in all directions unless we make the mistake of shipping you a different item from what you ordered.

Payments and Billing

What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Credit card: only payments up to 150 € (shipping included) will be accepted through credit card (VISA/MASTER), for security reasons imposed by our bank. So this method should be used for small orders or as a deposit for urgent and special orders (balance to be paid by bank transfer).
Do I have to pay sales tax/VAT?
VAT is included in the final price of every product (5%).
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
