Rates:
Prices are normally stated PER NIGHT PER APARTMENT/UNIT (not per person), except villas (wich are weekly, no reservations for less than 7 days are accepted), certain special offers and/or complexes that offer half board. In those cases we aim to state as clear as possible the type of rate.

Bookings:
To make a reservation please click on the property/service name or image, select quantity, click on "buy", then go to the "Reservations" page to complete the request. Finally, follow instructions in the next pages.

Payments:
We ONLY charge 20% of the total amount of the invoice for accomodation services prior to arrival (transportation services must be paid in full), as guarantee in case of last minute cancellation of services. Depending on season, some owners may expect to receive a higher percentage in order to confirm. Balance can be paid upon arrival.
• Bank transfer: suitable for reservations made at least 15 days prior to arrival.
• Credit card: better for reservations "last minute" (15 days or less prior to arrival). Please read our Terms & conditions .

Lodgment:
All of our properties have the necessary implements for a perfect self-catering holiday. Most even have TV and washing machine, rates include final cleaning and in some complexes there is a bi-triweekly cleaning service. In villas, an extra maiden service is available.
