Exxos S.L.N.E. was born from the combined experiences of our partners, both from the real estate and tourism industries, with the intent of providing a market niche not very well served in Tenerife.

Given the actual boom in second-home investments, the convenience of acquiring property here (due to currency advantage), and the growth of tourism, we are capable of suiting the needs of a certain array of customers.

Our mission is to obtain total satisfaction not only to our final clients, but also to those we consider our main providers: the houses' owners. As such, the owners are clients too, so our double objective is to achieve higher income, while providing the best possible maintenance to the properties.

As for investments, our specialty is beachfront and/or tourist area properties. We handle a selection of new & resale properties, so whether you're buying for residency, a holiday or investment property, we have what's right for you. Note that our service doesn't end with the search & sale: you'll certainly need legal & financial advice, as well as assistance on settling down or to optimize your investment.
